Chief Executive Officer
Motivated by his vision of contributing to public wellness, Jigar forged a path from pharmaceutical entrepreneur to a distinguished leadership role in the holistic cannabis industry. As CEO, he manages award-winning cannabis assets across six states including dispensaries, grow facilities and manufacturing labs. Providing safe, affordable, high quality cannabis products is his top priority. A registered pharmacist in Maryland, Texas, New Jersey, Michigan and North Carolina, Jigar received his M.S. in Pharmacology and Toxicology at Long Island University in New York and completed his B.S. at Dayananda Sagar College of Pharmacy in Bangalore, India.
Chief Brand Officer
A multi-sector industrial entrepreneur, Jusmin has lent his leadership and business acumen to successfully building retail franchises, energy companies and cannabis businesses. His vision and drive have been instrumental in propelling the growth of Nature’s Medicines state-of-the art grow facilities in Amado, Arizona as well as dispensaries throughout the United States. Under his executive leadership, Nature’s Medicines has developed award winning cannabis brands and fueled rapid expansion beyond Arizona into Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Michigan. Jusmin is a graduate of Drexel University in Philadelphia.
Chief Operating Officer
Steve ascended to his role as Chief Operating Officer by leading strategic imperatives in the cannabis industry for the past six years. As a high energy, forward-thinking leader, he oversees licensing, retail, inventory, investor relations and purchasing in six states. Steve steered the 2020 grand opening of Nature’s Medicines state-of-the-art dispensary in Glendale, Arizona and contributed to the rise of Nature’s Medicines to one of the top 16 cannabis brands in the country. He earned his BS and MBA degrees in Accounting at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.
Chief Financial Officer
Susan Sweeney is an accomplished business executive who has held strategic financial leadership roles in the cannabis industry. As CFO for Nature’s Medicines, she oversees corporate finance, accounting, and human resources functions. Susan previously served as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller for Harvest Health & Recreation, a publicly traded (CSE listed) multi-state cannabis company, and Chief Financial Officer for Copperstate Farms, LLC, a large-scale cannabis producer and manufacturer. A graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a B.S. in Accounting, she earned her Master of Business Administration at the University of Arizona.
SUSAN A. MOBLEY
Chief Marketing Officer
Susan is a dynamic leader who has led brands to dominance in a variety of industries. She provides the creative & strategic vision for marketing, communications, social media, public relations, and branding for Nature’s Medicines. Susan was instrumental in the design, branding, and market success of the company’s flagship location in Glendale, AZ. She also led the redesign of the Nature’s Medicines website. Susan launched her marketing career at Procter & Gamble Co. where her consumer insights and breakthrough marketing took Pringles from $200MM to over $1B in sales. A cum laude graduate of Wellesley College, Susan earned her MBA at Columbia University.
Chief Production Officer
Ernesto Becerril brings two decades of executive agribusiness management experience to his role as Chief Production Officer. A fourth generation agroindustrial farmer, his extensive expertise centers on greenhouse environments, CEA growing, hydroponics, process operations and novel crops including cannabis. Ernesto’s professional achievements include building cross functional businesses, teams, and operations in the United States, Mexico, Israel and Turkey. A graduate of Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Ernesto received his BA in International Business with a specialty in Agribusiness.
Chief Technology Officer
Hardip leads the continued development of a robust, state-of-the-art and secure technology environment throughout Nature’s Medicines corporate, retail and grow facility operations. Additionally, he oversees compliance for data privacy, point-of-sale systems, and dispensary inventory management. Prior to joining Nature’s Medicines, Hardip was instrumental in developing IT management systems at several Silicon Valley companies including AT&T and Motorola. A Six Sigma Black Belt professional, Hardip is also a certified Project Manager. He received his B.S. in Information Technology at Golden Gate University.
